Ele King

Trained in many styles of massage from Swedish, sports, Thai, assisted stretching, dry needling and cupping, Ele prides herself on designing bespoke treatments based on what her client needs that day.  There are no 'routine' massages.  Level 4 elite sports massage trained, her massage is generally deep tissue but can lean toward the more relaxing end of the scale if needed.  She also offers a combination of massage and facial treatments for a totally holistic approach to relaxation.


Adele Smyth

Adele has worked within the Health and Fitness Industry for the over 20 years, and have been a registered Children’s Nurse for 16 years. Having been involved with sport and fitness from a very young age, she has taken part in differing sports from ballet to gymnastics, hockey and netball and has competed in various competitions.

For the last 14 years she have taught a combination of mat work and small equipment group Pilates classes, reformer classes and private One-One classes within the Hampton Court, Esher, Kingston, Cobham and surrounding areas of Surrey; as well as teaching a rugby 1st XI team and double national tennis champions.

She qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist with Sports Therapy UK 20 years ago and has completed the Advanced Practitioner Sports Therapy diploma which is accredited to the Sports Massage Association, as well as being recognised by the VTCT (a government awarding body). She is a member of the Sports Massage Association and fully insured with Balens.


Ali Fuller

ITEC, MAR, MARR, Dip.I.Pch, CHFP, CHBP, FBM & GHR Reg.

Alison is a Reflexologist, Hypnotherapist and Fertility/Abdominal Massage Practitioner, specialising in fertility, pregnancy, menopause and women’s health.

She believes that treatments help improve hormonal balance, calm the nervous system and bring about deep relaxation aiding well being mentally, emotionally and physically.  Reducing stress and anxiety levels are important for those struggling with infertility issues or IVF protocols.

She treats all types of hormonal conditions such as Endometriosis and PCOS through to Menopausal hot flushes, insomnia and anxiety.

With Hypnotherapy, Alison can help to address under-lying fears and anxieties associated with infertility, pregnancy and pregnancy loss/miscarriage.

Fertility/Abdominal Massage aims to release stress, tension and tightness found in the abdomen and lower back and improves blood flow to the digestive and reproductive tissues.

She is delighted to bring Reflexology, Fertility/ Abdominal Massage and Hypnotherapy to Cobham.


Marcus Walia

Marcus is a Cobham based Osteopath with over 15 years of clinical experience of treating pain and injury.  His particular area of expertise is in integrating ‘hands-on’ treatment with movement based rehabilitation to facilitate a quick recovery and return to activity. He is passionate about the health benefits of exercise and helping his clients get back to whatever they want to do as quickly as possible.

Marcus’ approach is eclectic and influenced by his study of yoga, pilates, martial arts, shiatsu, sports massage, tui-na, acupuncture, naturopathy as well as osteopathy.

In addition to his clinical work Marcus is passionate about learning and education – he teaches osteopathy and continues to study and develop his own knowledge of holistic and integrated healthcare. His post-graduate qualifications include movement assessment and retraining, sports rehabilitation and medical acupuncture.

Marcus is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and recognised by all major insurance companies.

He is very happy to offer free 15 minute telephone consultations for those unsure about treatment and works out of the Ele King Therapy Room at Ride, Cobham on Saturdays from 7.30 a.m.
