UK Retreats

Your long weekend will include: healthy, freshly-cooked meals; yoga sessions; meditation; massage treatments; exercise; and engaging talks on everything from nutrition to life coaching, all set in the High Weald, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Nothing is obligatory; you can do as much or as little as you like. Our priority is to ensure you feel relaxed, rejuvenated and refreshed when the time comes to leave. To help you maintain the positive effects of this unforgettable weekend, our fitness guru, Tanya Pascall, will provide you with individual fitness programmes on departure.

TRAVEL TIME

One hour from London by car, or 75 minutes by train from Charing Cross, via London Bridge and Waterloo East stations - all going direct to Etchingham station


Ibiza Retreats

Can Verru is an idyllic Ibicencan style villa.  Traditional in design, it is the larger of our two venues, sleeping 14 plus a teepee.  With outdoor day beds and hammocks it is the perfect location to laze around in between workout sessions.  The grounds boast an outdoor massage area and an incredible Balinese style yoga studio for evening candle-lit restorative yoga and meditation sessions.  Located in the south west of the island, it is close to some beautiful beaches and stunning lounge bars.

Spicy Thai chicken (or tofu) with cashew and lime served with a spicy Thai salad and chili coconut sauce
